The recptionist here was very rude! We were new to the area and from all the reviews decided to go there. When I spoke with the doctor to make the appointment I let him know that my dog does not like cats but he loves other dogs and would this be a promblem. He stated that they have a few cats but they could put them up. When we got there I went inside to make sure the cats were up and there were not only a few but about 12 of them in there and also multiple cats on the front porch and running around there. Once the receptionist came out she started to grabs all the cats and put them behind the counter and then stated to me very rude that she could not help were the cats go. I told her ok and asked about the cats on the porch and she said they live here but she was not going to grab them.. does she not care about animal cruelty. I walked back in after talking to my fiance and told them we would be canceling our appointment because they didnt get the point that my dog does not like cats and wished they would of been honest with me in the beginning. Also this place smells like tom cat pee. I recommend if your dog does not like cats or you would not like to be talked to in a rude way then dont go there.

Absolutely best vet and staff! I wouldn't even think of taking my pets any place else. And my pets love him. I had a cranky old dog that had to be muzzled by other vets and groomers -- but not with Dr. Phillips. I really can not say enough good words about this office. He is compassionate, sensible, kind, and ALWAYS takes time to explain and inform. I wish I loved my doctor this much!

Dr. Philips is a very compasionate vet. He has been very good to our animals and treated them in their best interests.
