I love Vet Stop! They are so friendly and helpful. I have been bringing my elderly cat their for a few years and we both feel at ease. They take the time to discuss all options for your pet and they even call to check up on my cat to see how she is doing after I have her shaved, teeth cleaned, or any other procedure done. They have NEVER been pushy in trying to get me to buy things I don't need unlike other vets i have been to. I would send any of my friends and family with pets to this vet!

I used this vet for 10 years for my dog and cat. They were wonderful and provided excellent care. If I had not moved out of St Peters, I'd still be their delighted customer.

I took my cat to this clinic to get her declawed. When I walked in, the front desk girls pretty much ignored me until I asked for their assistance. I then went into the exam room and tried talking with the vet about the procedure and also some other concerns of my cat, but she would not listen to me at all. She was rude and didn't let me finish talking before she tried to make me buy some super expensive medication for my cat with no testing or anything! I had the declawing procedure done and we got her back the same day (which after looking it up I learned that is not normal since good vets like to keep the animal over night to monitor them as the drugs ware off) and upon getting her home noticed that her paws had not been bandaged right. The tape was stuck directly ON the wounds and her fur all the way up her leg. We ended up reopening some of her wounds and ripping half her fur off her legs trying to get the wrappings off. I will never bring any pet here again.

We recently went to the Vet Stop to have our elderly dog put to sleep. We were treated with such kindness, compassion and respect. We later received a letter from the University of Missouri saying that a donation had been made to their College of Veterinary Medicine on behalf of our dog... she was mentioned by name. I found out that the doctors at Vet Stop make such a donation once a month. We could not have been more pleased with our entire experience at the Vet Stop in St Peters.

I foster with a rescue group and Vet Stop is one our list of approved vets. The staff is always kind, friendly, and able to assist us on short notice. We have used them for several years, with dozens of dogs. Thank you for providing reliable, friendly, and affordable care.
