This was a fairly pleasant first visit. We took our dog here to get his puppy boosters. the front desk was friendly. I would have liked the vet to take a bit of time to talking to me. He seemed like he was a in a bit of a rush. That said the place was clean and well kept. I was not blown away by anything though. I don't have any major loyalties to the place. I will keep using them unless I find something better.

The door was open when we got there a few minutes early and the girl who checked Moon in was very friendly. You're lucky if I'm even talking to you this early. She was professional and upbeat. We signed some forms and even though the adults were obviously rushed she recognized that the girls were concerned and made sure before we left that they each got a hug. Perfect. Moon recovered very quickly. I wanted to stop her from jumping around and playing with the other two cats. Didn't seem to phase her at all. I've never known cats until I met my fiancee. This girl, Moon, I realize is MY cat. I'm very happy with Spring Vally.

We take both of our dogs, a husky and a golden retriever to get summer cuts every year. They are amazing. The dogs are well taken care off and they look amazing afterwards. They are also very affordable. If you need a place besides the dog store chains that is safe, clean, and get great value for the dollar this is the place to go.
