I was also displeased with the service. I took my newly adopted dog in for a general check-up. The Vet came in, never introduced herself to me (even though you could tell I had just moved to the area and was a new client) and never really spoke to me. The "check-up" consisted of the vet pulling her legs up and checking her joints and that was it!! She never looked in the dog's ears, mouth or anything else of that nature! I told her that I didn't know if the dog had ever been tested for Heartworms and she just blew it off like heartworms wouldn't hurt anyone! I made close to $30 for the vet to pull up on my dogs legs! I went home that day and made an appointment with a different vet!
