    I have been taking my two dogs to tender care for years now, We see Dr. Amy and we just love her! She always takes the time to make my dogs feel comfortable. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, you can tell they all really love animals. They are very good about showing prices up front before services are done, so there are no surprises at the end..which I really appreciate. I strongly recommend tender care to anyone looking for great vet care for their pets.

    I have taken my dog to Tender Care for the last couple years, and I have had a great experience every time. It is easy to make an appointment (they have evening hours during the week) and we are always helped promptly. They are always so sweet and gentle with my pup, who tends to be highly anxious. Dr Amy is amazing and all the vet techs are great as well! Thanks, TC!

    I brought my dog Carol to Tender Care Animal Hospital because she had a sore on her leg. Dr. Judy was great! She got down on the floor to make Carol feel more comfortable and had plently of treats to keep her distracted. From the moment we walked in the door everyone we met was very welcoming, especially her tech Linda. Thanks to some antibiotics, Carol's little sore is gone and I would strongly reccommed Tender Care to anyone!

    I would like to describe my experience to those contemplating which place to have their cat declawed. I have taken my dog to Tender Care in the past with no issues other than the typical salesman pitches of every product/medicine available. On 11/5/14 I took my cat to Tender Care to have him declawed. After looking at all the options for surgery, I opted for laser surgery with blood test to ensure the best care for my cat. Surgery was done later that day and I received a phone call that everything went well and there were no issues. I picked up the cat the following day (per Tender Care instructions) and paid for the $307.24 procedure. I thoroughly read the instructions for after-care and followed them exactly. I confined my cat for the first 2 days to a small room in my house and checked on him periodically to ensure his recovery. On Friday night, 11/7/14 I discovered his left paw was bleeding. It was after hours, so I called the emergency hospital and was told to monitor the issue. I did and the bleeding completely stopped within an hour. I called Tender Care the next day and was told that it might be a good idea to have him checked out. I waited, since the bleeding had stopped and there were no other signs of issues. On 11/13/2014 both of my cats paws began to bleed in the evening. Again, I called the emergency clinic and was told that if they aren't persistently bleeding, just to monitor the issue. I did and took my cat to Tender Care the morning of the 14th. I arrived at about 8:20 and waited until 9 since the vet did not arrive until 9. The vet examined my cat and told me she feels that he might have "bumped" his paws to cause them to bleed. I asked if it was normal for paws to still bleed a week and a half after surgery. She said it is not common. I questioned whether the surgical glue had been placed thoroughly. She said that they are pretty standard with placing the glue. She said his wounds are getting smaller but would recommend a higher dosage of antibiotics. She said she would have to charge for them. She also recommended that I keep the Yesterdays News special litter for him until his paws are completed healed. However, in the after care instructions, it says to return to normal litter 5 days after surgery. So I will have to purchase extra news litter as well. I am unhappy with the end result. My cats paws should not have bled a week and a half after surgery. I was very thorough with the after care. My cat does not have any rough surface available to him, nor does he have any surface from which he could jump off of. Every other pet professional I spoke with said that he paws should not still be bleeding. I should not of been responsible for additional medicine when I followed after care procedure. Having no choice, I purchased the additional antibiotics for $23.65. I purchased the news litter from Petco. Tender Care tripled the price for the bag I had to purchase with his surgery. So buyer beware, you will keep forking out money to the unethical hospital.

    Went to Tender Care for a second opinion after a different vet clinic couldn't give me answers about a mass on my dogs face. I walked into a very welcoming front desk staff and this precious cat sitting on the desk who you can tell is so loved. My dogs and I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes to be scene and then I got to meet Dr. Judy. The way she was with my dogs and I made me speechless. Her passion for animals is beyond words. Not only did she help me with my dogs but she won my business. Thank you to everyone who made my first visit an amazing one.
