Dr. Hunt saw us last minute on a Friday, because our dog was having severe anxiety issues, even though we had an appointment for the following Wednesday. She was helpful and professional, gave us a prescription for our dog to help with the anxiety and said that we would talk more about solutions when we came back in that Wednesday. We arrived on Wednesday and were told that we were not in the system and that Dr. Hunt was not in the office that day. What kind of business loses your appointment? Absolutely unacceptable, and we will not be going back.

First off, they have a new vet tech there that I knew from my old vet's in another city, she's really nice and I like her... and I hate giving them a bad review because she's super nice, but I feel cheated.. I'm a little upset because I took my dog in to get checked for ear mites and get shots so that I could board him for christmas. I ended up paying $150 !! The invoice was very deceiving saying that everying coast $0.00 and then the total being 150. The doctor pressured me into doing a blood test to check for heart worms even though I told her he's been on preventatives his whole life. When I asked for the shots I showed the lady at the desk the shot record and told her what I thought I thought I needed and said "this is what he has already had" then I showed it to the vet tech saying the same thing, AND I showed it to the doctor. Some how my dog ended up getting a shot that he already had! I tried calling them to talk to them about the price and they said it was all part of a package.. and that he was due for that shot.. my dog is 6 months old and had the shot only a few months ago, Idk how he was due for anything. They refused to refund us and I will never go back there.

Dr Cook is BACK!!!! at Biloxi Animal hospital. She and her staff have taken care of me and my fuzz babies for more than 5 years. She and her staff have ALWAYS gone above and beyond what any other Veterainary staff that I have ever dealt with. If you really love your four-legged friends I encourage you to make your "well-baby" appointment with Dr. Cook and her staff. I promise you will not be disappointed.
