Our puppy had gotten bit, obviously unexpected.. right on the neck. Not even two inches from his throat. We decided to call this hosptial, and they informed us that we must have the money upfront, because they don't do payment plans. Okay, I do understand that they do need to make their money, but aren't they supposed to actually care about the animals too? Guess not.. They do have a credit card option now..although none of my two other roommates nor I got accepted. SO. I'm glad to know that if my puppy dies through the night from bleeding from his neck, that they did everything they could do to help. Thanks for nothing. We will not be returning here for any other services.
