We took our 11 yr old dog to Handsboro and he was diagnosed with constipation. After a 2nd visit, 3 prescriptions, expensive dog food he would not touch, and obvious worsening of condition (unable to retract penis due to straining and incontinence with blood in urine, we called to request a further exam and Xrays. We were told to give his meds time to work and to stop worrying, as there was nothing really wrong with him. We started calling other offices and ALL of them expressed concern when told no Xrays had been done. The new vet did Xrays and an ultrasound. My poor dog had massive tumors in prostate, bladder, and liver and had to be put to sleep. There was no way to save him, from the time he started showing symptoms, the cancer was too far advanced. But, he suffered needlessly through several days due to the complete lack of care at this office.

Highly recommended. Great staff and great service. I am pleased with the doctors. They have not tried to up-sell me with expensive products and services my pet does not need. Customer since 2010.
