Very unethical man -- who, by the way, kills animals as a hobby. He had one of his employees trick me into a "package deal" of tests for my pet who was actually acutely ill with an illness and needed treatment for that, not a package. (This is preying on a customer who is in midst of a crises -- when my pet was very ill.) When I asked for my money back they refused and invited me to go elsewhere!
