Heartland vets have cared for 3 of our dogs over the past many years, and care is the key word. I have never felt that money was the primary concern for anyone who works there--in fact, just the opposite. There have been many services provided to our dogs that were truly well above and beyond--including Dr. Andrew giving us his home phone number when our dog had a serious issue. We are grateful that our dogs have lived long lives--and I attribute this to the vets at Heartland who not only provide medical but offer up-to-date advice, based on current research, which they obviously keep up with. And the staff couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating. I can't imagine going anywhere else, and we recommend them to everyone we know.

Oh boy... I called and just wanted to know how much a particular shot was and the visit to get said shot. After 7 minutes of verbal dancing and me agreeing that yes like my mechanic the vet may find more work to do and I know that's not included in the estimate they are giving me... I had to get off the phone. Might be a great place guess I'll never know.
