just went to Hillsborough county veterinary hospital with one of my fur babies for the first time and was very impressed with all the staff i felt like i have been going there for years and their newest addition Lori Hassinger baldwin is a wonderful loving person that not only cares for your babies but cares about us also, just a wonderful person all the way around she has been my girls vet for 11 years and hopefully all ways will be and the prices are not bad at all. please consider this hospital for your animal care i will be returning to them

Excellent, attentive veterinarian. We have been bringing our English bulldogs to HCV for several years now. They are generally able to make an appointment within the week, and the vets (Both Drs. Schunk and Dr. Porter) spend plenty of time with us, check our animals carefully, and explain their diagnoses and treatments clearly. We have had several small surgical procedures done at HCV and they have gone extremely well. Vet techs Randy and Dan are always a pleasure to deal with as well. The whole staff seems to care genuinely about the welfare of our dogs.

For general care I have had no issues. Staff is friendly and couteous. The prices are high in my view. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs that all go to HCV.

Very dedicated and comprehensive staff. Excellent for Orthopaedic and Neurological issues, as we had for our St. Bernard. They are usually busy, so you may have to wait awhile, but the wait is worth it.

The neurologist here has helped us with 2 difficult and very rare cases. The level of knowledge and experience is way above most veterinarians. This is a hidden gem of a practice.
