I called this clinic yesterday morning to make an appointment for my dog who had developed an ear infection the night before. When I called I said "I've never been here before, I'm new to the area but my dog developed an ear infection, can you get me in" and they told me they could not get a new patient in the same day but they could see my dog the following week. I asked her if she really expected me to let my dog sit with an ear infection for over a week and hung up. Really? What's wrong with the vets in Exeter, NH!?!?

I can't recommend Dr. Downey highly enough. She has worked with our cat Leo for about five years. He has arthritis in his back and his hind legs, and her diagnostic and rehabilitative methods have made an enormous difference in his comfort and strength. At the age of 19 1/2 years, he continues to climb stairs and jump up on furniture handily. Although Leo was dubbed "difficult" by a previous vet, and he still isn't keen on visits, he trusts Dr. Downey and permits her to examine and treat him. We attribute Leo's well being in large part to her understanding of and way with Leo and to her use of Bicom treatments and homeopathy.

This Vet was recommended to me, but the waiting list is over a year long...
