Amazing vets office. I bring my two chinchillas and my two dogs here. I've meet Dr. lui, dr. krogman and dr. bloomfield and they are all great doctors. They are understanding and very helpful.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have panic attacks every time I think about my and my cat's experience there. Horrible, in my opinion negligent and insulting. I would never go back there again.

Best veterinary hospital you will ever find. They have treated my dog, cats, ferrets, and rats. They are so incredibly knowledgeable and are really looking to do what's in the best interest of your pet. I have been to vets that try to squeeze every last dime out of you, and never once have I had that experience at Northside. Great staff, great clinic!

this is a god send to find this place to help me and my rabbits (HANK)and (sunshine) . I can't imagine going anywhere else to get the care for my rabbits or as I say (my kids) they mean so much to me. they set my mind at ease by calling me when they were ready and to answer any and all the questions that I had, and I had a ton of them. I also am thankful for the call updates on the progress of what they were doing and how it was going these calls meant so much to me and set me at ease . I can't speak high enough about them they are great

I've been taking my cats to Northside since I moved to Manchester in the early 90's. The entire staff really care about the animals they treat, and they always seem to be up to date on the latest research. One of the things I value is that they respect their customers - when I tell them something isn't quite right with one of the cats, they listen and take it seriously. At the same time they're realistic about treatment options, both in terms of what it means to the pets quality of life, and in terms of whether the human can afford to try them. They explain them, and let you make the best decision possible for you and your pet. I wouldn't take my furry kids anywhere else, unless they needed emergency care at 2AM, or a specialist.
