best place in the area to bring your pets....very helpful staff and the vets are superb.

If this place was not the closest one to my place, I would never go there again. Luckily I will be moving soon! All of the employees there look so incredibly unhappy all of the time, the vet techs, the receptionist and even the veterinarians. Besides being super slow at ringing you up, they can’t even give you a smile. DONT go there if you just want to be in and out!!! Every time I call there I get horrible customer service. I’ve worked in customer service for over three years and I know it can be stressful but, I’ve never rushed someone on the phone and gave them an attitude because they were asking questions, which is what happened to me. Not to mention I was given one price over the phone and when I got there…It was a different story, I was charged more. The vet-tech dragged my dog into the room and would not even let me go in there with her. When I asked if I could go in with them to make my dog more comfortable, she responded “NO” with a horrible attitude. I understand that people get stressed at work…but come one… every single person????? Maybe they need to hire more help to limit the stress level (aka bitchiness) of their employees, or replace their employees with people who actually enjoy working with animals or at least give you a smile (after all we are spending a fortune there).

I've been bringing pets here for 20 plus years. Although, from time to time, I've had to wait - there has always been a good reason. I don't know what I'd do without Dr. Righter -- he has all of my animals over the years. He has nevery pushed unecessary treatments on my animals, and has always been great at offering blunt - necessary to hear advice. Great place!

Don't listen to this malcontent - I've always had much sympathy & understanding from ALL the employees. Is it expensive to take my dog to the vet? Yes - but from all my research, not too different from every other vet I've heard of. And the vet nailed a diagnosis that (after doing lots of research on the web) can be extremely difficult to pick up on.

I've been a customer of theirs since I adopted a Lab in '02. Have only had good experiences AND friendly service. Most importantly, when we've had emergencies, they've always been able to find time for us.
