I am exteremly impressed with the service I have received at Banfield. Dr. LePine is treating my cat for diabetes. She is invested in his health and calls to check in. She even offered to come in on a Saturday so that the cat could have his dental work done by her rather than a vet he is not used to. When the cat goes for a day long visit, they give him a nice comfy dog cage since he is a big cat and would be cramped in a kitty cage. They really go above and beyond. I also believe that Banfield is extremely ethical in their billing and truly try to save you money. My pets are on a payment plan but have already used their alloted blood work for the year. My cat went in this past weekend and when I dropped him off, I authorized several costly procedures. Dr. LePine, however, determined that none of them were necessary and examined and treated him for the cost of my already pre-paid office visit with no add-ons. My animals have seen all the vets and staff at Banfield and all have treated them well. I highly recommend Banfield and their payment plan. I have saved over $1000 so far on the plan.
