I've been taking my dog here since he was a little puppy and I can say that I've always been very happy with their service! The doctors and technicians are very knowledgeable and caring and they explain everything very well. They always squeeze you in when you need something looked at or have a last minute situation. We love this place!

I have never actually used Best Friends, However I have an amazing vet in Epson Suncook. I am looking to switch vets due to the distance issue since I live in Manchester. Well I called best friends with some questions about services , prices and other related things. The girl on the phone sounded like she wanted nothing to do with speaking with me. This is horrible for someone who is looking for a new vet. I can call my current and they are happy to answer my questions. Not to mention I called Lockridge and spent 25 minutes on the phone with them after speaking with Best Friends and they were happy to help with all my questions. I am sorry but in my case the good reviews don't effect the horrible call I had with this place. I will never use them.

We have a young male cat almost 2 years old, he became ill one day and we brought him to an emergency vet. We followed up our appointment with Best Friends. We were nervous about bringing him to another vet after an unpleasant, unhelpful, and over priced experience elsewhere... We were very pleased with the attitude and atmosphere of the establishment as soon as we walked in. Kristi Zimmerman, DVM was very personable and knowledgeable. She was very kind and gentle with our cat. I would highly recommend going here if you want to know your pet is in good hands. The price is another reason i will continue to recommend Best Friends Animal Hospital.

Dr. Kristi and her staff are absolutely amazing. They analyze the pet's situation as a whole, and help you to make the best decisions based on that. They will not hesitate to recommend a lower-cost treatment over a higher-cost one, if it's in your pet's best interest. They truly care, have great hours, and have a knowledgeable staff. Also, their openness to holistic and alternative treatments, in addition to high-quality standard treatments, is very refreshing. As a side note, their care and compassion was outstanding when I had to bring my elderly cat in to be put to sleep last year. They even sent me a card with her paw-print and a lock of her fur. What a sweet gesture! I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Best Friends Animal Hospital has been the best choice I have made in the care of my pets. Dr. Zimmerman has been wonderful to all three of my animals - two dogs (a Shiba Inu and Pit) and a little kitty. She always comes in with a smile and is so compassionate. The staff here is excellent as well, to include Steph, who I have seen most often. I've been to other larger vet practices in the past and the care just didn't even come close to what we have received here. I would recommend Best Friends over and over again!
