I took my big dog here for anal gland problems- the waiting area is small but the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The veterinary tech and the veterinarian (I saw Dr. Provencher) were exceptional! They explained everything and were so gentle and sweet with my dog who can be fearful- I could hear them in the back talking so sweetly to my dog as they did the procedure. I was impressed. I travel all over the country and have visited a number of veterinary practices and they are wonderful here! And there prices/fees were reasonable- another plus. And my dog had his stinky anal glands emptied- a stinky procedure- they cleaned him up so he had no residual stinky butt (other places I have gone, I have to clean him up afterwards- not here- they gave my dog superior care!) I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

the worst vet i have ever been too, my cat had a hairball problem so i brought him in to see if they could help . they instantly took my pet away from me put him on oxygen and gave him shots and xrays and would not let me see him cuz they believed he was having an asthma attack. and then charged me for all this without my consent and tried to say he needed to stay for a few days . so an hr later and a call from my lawyer i get my cat back and then they say "we are going to call the police if you do not pay this bill now . so 2 hrs and 237.18 later i get my cat scared and afraid and no help . If you take your pet here prepare to be broke and treated like an animal abuser for loving your pet
