We visited Kindness when my black Lab had a bad hot spot and was overdue for some vaccines. The vet there was wonderful. We were vacationing at the time. He gave me great information and clear directions on how to treat. He also was very gentle with our dog. We discussed several concerns about the dog and I found him to be very knowledgeable, articulate and patient. I will go back to him again whenever we need to while in NH.
From Mary Ellen: Aptly named, everyone there is kind and patient. We've been using them for 27 years and cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. I recommend them to everyone. When I recently had to put one of my dogs to sleep on an emergency middle of the night basis and had to use another local vet (BTW North Country Vet has 24 hour emergency service and were wonderful), Barbara called me from Kindness the next day to comfort me. While my first choice is always Dr. Seibel, because he is who we started with, I have heard only good things from others about the other Docs. Today, Dr. Adams saw my Pit and he was wonderful with her! They understand that our pets are members of our family and treat them, and us, as such.
I was referred to KAH when I had to put my 15 year old chihuahua to sleep. I originally went because of the price, but the staff and doctor were so nice, and I was very pleased with my experience (despite the circumstances). Even though they are a little far from me, they are going to be my vet for the rest of my animals. I would HIGHLY reccommend them to anyone looking for a quality, experienced, KIND vet/clinic. Their waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I received a sympathy card in the mail several days after my appointment. Inside was a handwritten note saying that KAH was making a donation in honor of my pet to the Lakes Region Humane Society. That really meant a lot to me, as I was only charged $40 for the visit! Bottom Line: You will not be disappointed with KAH!
