I met all of the doctors here when we had our cat Barley. All were very attentive and caring. That especially meant a lot to us during his last couple visits. I recently returned with our new dog and was very grateful that they made the time for her, and were again very caring in her stressed state. I am very impressed overall with the quality of care and attentiveness of the doctors and technicians at VCA.

I went to this place (with quite a few warnings, may I add, to not go there because they would overcharge) with hopes to resolve my issue with my lizard who had a difficult time breathing. VCA Animal Medical Center claims they can do work on reptiles. The impression I was given says this is false. My bearded dragon was freezing... even I was. They didn't even recognize what a silkback (silkie) was! I was charged 150 for blood work and they were going to charge me another 150 for xrays. I left 221 shorter because the EXAM that basically said "we have no idea" also cost 75.. no answers just question. I called a different Vet Clinic who were much more reputable than this place and they told me the grand total for it all would be 150 including xrays blood work and the visit itself. Taking care of my animals at home would probably be more beneficial than going here.

I've been taking my dog, Herman, to VCA since I first got him almost 6 years ago. The front desk staff and doctors have always been friendly and treated Hermie with the best of care. When Hermie had a burst anal sac Dr. Guerino saw him immediately, performed a procedure, and sent him home with me the same day. Whenever I call with a question it is always answered. What I've found is that if the staff member I'm speaking with does not know the answer to one of my questions, they will put a doctor on the phone or get the answer for me. I appreciate this because it would be so easy for someone to make something up. I'd rather hold for a moment and be told the correct way to care for my dog. Hermie always gets a friendly and caring welcome from all of the staff, and no issue is too small in their eyes. They never make me feel like I'm wasting their time. I trust VCA, and I couldn't ask for a better vet.

My two rabbits and my conure all go to Dr. Guerino at VCA. Whether it's an emergency or a preventative care appointment, I'm consistently impressed with the staff and the physicians from the time I walk in the door until examination time. Top notch care with a caring staff, you can't beat that!

We've been taking our dog for a couple of years now. We haven't dealt with any serious health issues so I cannot speak to that aspect, but for preventative care, everything has been great. No complaints.
