Brought my dog there last month for boarding. As soon as I got there, something didn't feel right. The office was run down. The file cabinet in the office was totally broke. The lady took my dog in without asking any questions such as "did you feed him today". After vacation, I went to pick up my dog and found there was a big bloody scratch on his nose. I pointed it out to the front desk girl. She and the doctor weren't nice and trying to find excuses. I think what happened is that they kept dogs in cages for too long time and my dog got upset and tried to get out. This never happened at other places before. I took my dog home and within 2 hours he had several diarerhae. This place is horrible. they charge the most and service is the worst.
