Seemed to take good care of my cat. My only problem was that it was expensive. Even with low cost CARE certificate, male cat neuter came up to over $400. I'll try people for animals next time because of price.
This was the second-worst vet experience of my many years of owning cats, and the first involved a mis-diagnosis of toxoplasmosis (resulting in an extra month of explosive diarrhea). We made a vet appointment for the first appointment of the day, because we were visiting due to our cat's TRAVEL ANXIETY (to get meds). Turns out they let the surgeries in at the 8 am time slot, so if you are given the first appointment of the day, the only guarantee is that you have to actually wait 30 minutes at minimum. Frankly, we never made it to the vet this time, as we think that for him to realize that his staff sucks there needs to be consequences - every time we've come here, the front-desk staff is horrific and then the vet is...okay, at best. Not particularly helpful or knowledgeable, so he makes up for nothing at all. As someone who has worked extensively in health policy, I have one question for Dr. B: Why exactly do you think your patients work for your employees? They (your employees) appear to have no education, no qualifications and no bedside manner whatsoever. My advice would be to fire your front-desk staff such that you put some fear of whatever deity in anyone who works for you (it's an employer's market in case you didn't realize).
I took my Sebastian there when we moved to jersey about a year ago. I thought they were great.. I took my little man there when it was time to put him to sleep. They were very caring and let me have all the time I needed with him. I recently got a new Maltese and I am currently taking him there as well. they are awesome with him. JCAH is the best.
Horrible. Dumb vet (c-low) wired my cat's jaw without taking an x-ray first during a dental procedure. Turns out she didn't need to be wired. A month of pain for all of us. Hope the hospital fired that guy.
i brought my dog here for an infection, the doctor had just graduated med school, i could tell right away she had no idea what she was doing. they wanted to do 1200 bucks in tests. i said no give me the meds and thats it. my dog quickly recovered and is fine. THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE STATE!
