Absolutely unpleasant. They left a voicemail calling my daughters "stupid" and "rude". I am extremely allergic to the cat my family brought home and need to surrender that cat, and the woman working was not sympathetic at all and tried to make my daughter feel as if she was doing something wrong by helping me out to find a safe place for the cat to live. I DO NOT recommend working with this shelter.
