Middletown Animal Hospital has the best and most caring staff in the entire State of NJ. They really care about our pets. I had a very sick German Shepherd last week and after we were able to take him him they called every morning to check in on him. They give you a clear and concise estimate of what your charges maybe so you're not caught off guard. They explained in detail his care at home and made sure I was comfortable with all the instructions. I can't say enough and thank them enough for all they do for us.

I will never recommend the place. We took our dog for an surgery to remove kidney stones which the doctor at this place said he need have to save his life. We picked him up after the surgery, he died the next morning which was not even 24hrs after this so call life saving surgery which cost $1,800.00 we paid $1,200.00 These people are so nasty they showed no remorse for our lost. The very next week they started calling and harassing us for the balance due for the surgery after killing our pet. When we called them to find why he died when this is a procedure they told us was done on a regular basis and safe, they were rude and kept demanding the money. Not once did they send letter or called with an reason or express any remorse. If you care about your pet do not take them to Middletown Animal Hospital its all about the money for them.

Wonderful facility with a friendly staff, caring vets and techs. I began coming here when I had an emergency with one of my cats. They fit me right in, I hardly had to wait. The tech and the vet were friendly and knowledgeable. The vet answered all of my questions and both I and my cat left felling much calmer. When another cat became ill, again they fit me in right away. I arrived early, they took us early, and again were very calming and caring with us. I can't say enough good things about this clinic! Love them! You and your pets will be well taken care of here.

the staff was extremely rude and unpleasant. I got nothing but attitude from the lady with the short hair at the front desk. She had no idea how to answer any of the questions I had asked her . I would never recommend this facility to anyone I acquaint myself with .
