I was truly impressed with the staff at Country Lakes Animal Clinic. Dr. Griffith took exceptional care of my pets and it’s clear that the staff really care about the animals they care for. They’re pricing is remarkably competitive and fair. I’ve seen invoices of friends and colleagues who’ve taken their pets elsewhere and was shocked at what other hospitals charged for medical care compared to what I’ve paid here. I also have peace of mind in knowing that Dr. Griffith can be contacted after hours if I ran into a problem and was not sure whether I needed to bring my dog to an emergency clinic or just needed some guidance until the next business day. I would strongly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for exceptional yet affordable care for their pets.

PROS: Dr. Griffith was very professional and took very good care of our puppy. Nicole, the receptionist, was very friendly and warm and seemed to be the most knowledgeable and experienced out of all the girls (including the techs). CONS: DO NOT board your pet here! They seemed lost when we would call to check on our puppy, and it seemed like they didn't even know which dog we were inquiring about. When I picked our puppy up she was damp with urine. They said she hadn't eaten that morning, but when we got home, it seemed like she hadn't eaten in days! Another thing that ticked me off is that they trimmed her coat without checking with us, which we would not have wanted. Very inconsiderate. Very unprofessional. Very unsatisfied!

They didn't latch my cats carrier correctly he escaped nearly killed on rt 46 and lost in the neighborhood across the street.Said they would help find him they never did. The worst vets ever. Said they would set humane traps never did and make flyers they lied.This doctor is more worried about his wallet than your animal. DON"T WALK RUN!
