They will not board your dog without a Canine Influenza vaccine which is $20 plus another $20 4 months later for the final shot. We will not return for the second shot because it's unecessary medication. Our vet told us they have only seen one case of canine influenza in the past 2 years and it wasn't serious. Insisting on unecessary vaccines is just a way to increase their profit from boarding without raising their prices. When you're dropping off your pet and you have a flight in 2 hours there's not choice but to accept their policy which is unfortunate. Also, our pet had food remaining when we returned which meant that they didn't follow the feeding schedule we provided. We individually bagged each meal so it should not have been a probem. We will never return.

The administrative staff is plain rude -- there is no other way to put it. Having made a mistake about scheduling an appointment, they were unapologetic and claimed that "we don't make mistakes." Our pets will not go back there. Perhaps we caught the girl at the counter on a bad day. But that does not justify such a poor attitude, sharp tone, and unwillingness to help.
