I made the mistake of bringing my pet to this building cleverly masked as a veterinary office and I won't ever make that mistake again. The staff is rude and spends so much time carrying on personally that they are completely perplexed by the simplest of tasks. They have made mistakes with medications for my pet, cannot accurately process payments and checkout in general usually takes longer than the actual visit itself. I was warned not to see Dr. Loften and told that she was not a very competent vet. I elected to see Dr, Bogier, but during my visit, was caught in the middle of rapid fire between her staff and a rightly disgruntled customer because of the way they treated him and his pet and their inefficiency and unprofessionalism. When you call, one of the girls talks so loud that you can hold the phone a foot away from your ear and hear her clearly. She also seems condescending by nature. I find something peculiar about the male assistant. He is always in a fog, the type of behavior exhibited from illegal drugs. I am not saying it is the case, but it is just my personal observation and if it's not from drugs, then I'm not sure what could be causing his Jeff Spicoli-like behavior. There is always mass confusion when you call there. The right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. Dr. Bogier fails to return emergent calls (or really any calls for that matter) and had a way of making me feel like her decisions are not in the best interest of the animals. You can read all of the warm and fuzzy great reviews, but not be clear if they were written by the staff, but I can assure you that this is a legitimate review, clearly not by anyone affiliated with the staff. I would like to give them zero stars, but since it is required to issue a rating, I suppose I will have to chose 1 star against my better judgment.

I had an emergency with my 14 year old cat in June 09, I searched the web for Vets in the area and found Dr Boggier. I could not have been more happy with the service, I called and was told to come right in, I was handled in a caring and professional manner from when I opened the door. It turned out that we needed to put our beloved Crystal down this day. Dr. Boggier and her technician (sorry I forgot your name) were very caring and compassionate in my family's time of need. We have since gotten a mixed breed puppy and have had him to the office for a visit already. The Dr and her staff all asked how we were doing since putting our Crystal down, I was surprised they remembered, they truly seem to care.

I have to add another 5 star review for Dr. B and Mountainview Vet. I found this clinic on a fluke and will never take my dog elsewhere. Dr. B has great bedside manner and really takes the time to discuss different treatment options. I am very comfortable that she is keeping the best interest of my pet in mind when making treatment suggestions. Dr. B is absolutely fantastic!

My mother found an ad about this clinic as it was newly opening. We tried it out for my 3 year old cat domestic house cat, who needed a check up and some minor teeth work. We are so impressed by Dr. Bogier. She is kind, attentive and helpful. She took the time to educate us about the health of my cat as well as snuggle with my girl and make her feel at home. They called to follow up after the procedure and consistently remain friendly and approachable. My mother later returned with her aging pomeranian and felt the treatment is top notch. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Worth the drive from long distances, in my opinion. I will be sad to ever leave the care of Dr. Bogier for my cat.

I brought my sick kitten here and they were super nice and very helpful!! The office is clean and all of the staff is very caring:) They called back after our visit to see how our kitten was doing.
