Very modern facility. Lots of space in the waiting room for dogs, cats or what ever to be separated if need be. The exam rooms are off the heart of the operation. The layout is amazing for surgery, special exams etc. There is also a bereavement room. I find this a very special and thought out part of the veterinary care. Docs are great and give you all the information you need and want. Your pet seems like the "special" one that day. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They even have a scale in the waiting room if you just want to check in on your pets weight without an appointment. A great place for your pet care.

The Hunterdon Hills Animal Hospital is clean and pretty new. Any review is really about the people there, right? After relocating and getting a 2nd-hand referral from someone at work I gave them a try. When the Vet's are so personable they get on the floor to put your dog at ease ... that says a lot to me. They all seem to have a heart for animals; it doesn't seem to be "just a job" to the staff. I appreciate that. They quickly became my go-to Vet for my dog. I also like their text reminders ... they're on it!

The new facility is a marvel -- but what makes HHAH wonderful is the doctors and staff. You and your pet are treated with respect and real care, and a visit will take "as long as it needs to be." There's no rush, no sense that you're just a customer. You're a patient that they care about. Does your own doctor call you after a visit to check on you? The docs at HHAH do. Kudos to the docs and staff for keeping our pets healthy. We've been patients for almost 20 years and recommend HHAH highly.

Ive been going here since I was a small child with my first family dog, and every dog since. Im now 23 with 2 dogs of my own and I still go to this place. They've always been a super helpful staff- very passionate about the animals and their health. The Facility is beautiful and clean, my dogs dont ever seem to mind a trip there because of the friendly atmosphere.

We have been bringing our sweet Mr. Bailey to Hunterdon Hills Animal Hospital for approximately 10 1/2 yrs. Being an extra large dog, his life span is limited. The fact the Hunterdon Hills "angels" have helped to keep him with us with a good quality of life this long is testimony in itself. Appointments for our concerns have always been given same day. We have been receiving routine care as well as one emergency treatment which saved his life because he was diagnosed quickly. We have never felt "pushed" to do procedures on Bailey, or have they tried to "upsell" their services. This is one other reason why we keep coming back. The medical care has been a "common sense" approach. In fact, while in waiting room, I saw a video on MLS Laser therapy. Since Bailey is a big dog, his joints have been affected. We inquired about the MLS Laser therapy. We began the treatment. It has helped him to do things like jump on bed (yes he is spoiled), lift his leg to pee, and go up/down stairs easier It has enriched his life.. All the techs have always treated Bailey with love and he does not become upset when he goes to his appointments! We realize our sweet St. Bailey is on borrowed time........but his care has been wonderful at Hunterdon Hills Animal Hospital.
