Short story - STAY AWAY! I made the mistake of using a Groupon and bringing my dog to this awful place for a grooming and they MAULED HIM. He was cut and scraped on his private parts and in several areas of his body. Not to mention that he was so shaken up by the experience that I had to take him to the Vet and he has not been able to sleep right for a week. Not only can you not see the grooming, they actually ask you to leave your dog for several hours. Never again. That was my mistake. That is all, I am too upset to write anymore. I just wanted to warn you.

I'm writing for my friend, I'm over her house 24/7. She got a white little dog, I forgot what type is was. They couldn't be happier! The dog is healthy, happy and super active and 100% cute. We will be getting our dog here so I have a couple questions: Do you have any Pembroke Welsh Corgis? What is the PRICE RANGE of your puppies How long does the adoption process take? Also, EVERY SINGLE PERSON who said a 1 star review NEVER EVEN WENT THERE! okay maybe some people went there BUT DIDNT PURCHASE A PUPPY!

This place deserves ZERO stars!!! This place is disgusting! All dogs are lethargic and obviously sick. Very sad and disturbing to see. Rusty the owner could care less if the dogs are sick and look half dead. These are puppy mill dogs that come from prisoners that are bred day in and day out. Litter after litter. Stop supporting an illegal and horrible business. There are thousand upon thousands of puppies and dogs, purebred and mixed at numerous shelters and rescues all over this country. There is NO NEED to keep breeding new dogs. Stay away from this place....these sad puppies are the ones that pay the ultimate price! Even if they get out alive they have months of medical treatments to go through to get better, if they even do get better. These animals do not belong in a mall window...it's disturbing and stressful on any living creature to be gawked at and handled by multiple people day in and day out! STOP SUPPORTING THESE BUSINESSES!!! The ONLY way to stop this disgusting and hurtful cycle is to get your puppy or dog from a rescue or shelter!!! SAVE A LIFE!!! DON'T SHOP, ADOPT!!!

DON'T DO IT! Do your homework, this is a wholesale store selling and supporting PUPPY MILLS. If you don't know what that is, do your research, as you should be doing before getting a dog anyway. No one would buy a dog if they knew what a puppy mill was. The deplorable conditions that these puppies and their parents are forced to live their lives in is being fundraised by ignorant consumers buying dogs from these "puppy stores". The employees and store owners don't care about these puppies, they care about selling "product" and making their commission. If you have your heart set on a "designer breed" (which isn't a real thing anyway) or a pure bred dog- do yourself and these innocent puppies a favor, buy from a reputable breeder. Don't support an industry that is heartless and cruel to dogs. Of course, the best option is always to- ADOPT ADOPT ADOPT! Save a life!

ZERO STARS! A recent trip to the Smith Haven Mall left me feeling sad and uncomfortable. I popped my head into the store only to find myself wanting to cut a hole in the ceiling to get some fresh air for those poor puppies. I had to take off the sweater I was wearing it was so hot in the store. NONE of the animals seemed to be comfortable and awake, most were panting and lethargic or asleep probably from the heat. If anyone knows what to do to get this store out of the mall and help these animals please help. I don't mind people buying designer puppies but there is a quality of life that should be met here. Fish tanks and Sauna like conditions are UNACCEPTABLE!!
