I went there initially because they had a very reasonable neutering fee. I'm from White Plains, so it's about 30 miles away from me. When I got there, I felt like they really like animals, all employees seemed happy and I thought that I would continue to take Ollie to them. THen, I just had occasion to call them to get copies of his vaccine records--even though they weren't the vets that gave him the vaccines. The woman on the phone was so nice and super accommodating. Then I inquired about grooming--they also have a groomer that comes in every other Monday. I'm very happy with them. I can't understand the poster who gave them one star.

It is astonishing to read the reviews that this veterinary clinic posts on its own website. This family finds them utterly atrocious. How these folks got veterinary licenses is hard to fathom but in two major instances we have had absolutely horrific experiences there and would never, ever recommend any pet owners to risk going there. Dr. Glassman has been relatively good, but her assistants and co-vets are a disaster.

This place is FANTASTIC... The receptionist, Kim is both beautiful AND friendly as well as knowledgeable. The Drs are efficient, trustworthy and very good at their job. I know my puppy is safe and will live beyond his years because of the staff at Roosevelt!

I recently just moved to the area from upstate NY. My cat has been sick and not pooping solid since fall and it is now summer. I have taken my cat to a Vet where I used to live several times just to get the same medication and nothing at all checked different just a quick hello and here is the same medication I gave you the last time no increase in duration or nothing. Today I went to Roosevelt after reading a few good reviews online. You can tell that Dr. Glassman and her staff actually love animals and they are there for the right reasons. They did a good check on my cat and took blood and stool samples, gave him food to help his condition and also a good round of medication going off the results once they come in. All of which should help cure my poor cat that has not pooped solid in months. Thanks Dr. Glassman
