Simply the best. I can say the same that everyone else has already said. Dr. Zawie and his staff has taken care of my dog and his health issues beyond our expectations. True and honest veterinary care and great communication. VERY happy that I found such great professional service so close to home.

When my old dear cat was dying and we decided that it's time for a euthanasia I wanted to find a place where it would be done in a professional and humane way, with dignity and understanding. And no rush. I found EXACTLY what I was looking for at Bensonhurst Veterinary Care. It was a very difficult moment for me and the whole family but I felt a tremendous moral support from the doctor and staff and I will be forever thankful to them. After some time we adapted two kittens. It was a no -brainer for me where to bring them for check ups and treatments: here, where the doctors are knowledgeable and kind to human and animals alike, staff is very helpful and caring, no wait time and the office is clean and modern. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about BVC. The entire staff are the most knowledgeable, professional, patient, pleasant, caring, and compassionate people I have come across. They have been taking care of Lucy since she was 8 weeks of age and I wouldn't trust anyone else. They accommodate last minute appointments, take the time to explain things, follow-up with calls to check on the progress, and call with reminders. They are very reasonably priced compared to other vets and always make the visits a positive experience. The staff, all the way from the doctors to the front desk receptionists and everyone in between are true animal lovers who love what they do; and as a result they are the best. Words can't express how thankful I am to each and every one of them.

Dr Zawie is just the best! There really isn't another way to describe him. He was at another practice and when he left, we followed. I have 4 dogs and they are family. Their care is vital. I have my TJ who is almost 18 years young and Dr. Steve is careful, considerate and does not do needless tests to make a dollar. He is generous with his time and treats each patient with love. I just moved from Brooklyn 1 week ago and I am devastated that I will lose his care for my pups. Rest assured, if I need his opinion, he will be there for me...this I know!!!

Dr. Zawie and his staff are the best! They are very nice and welcoming. The office is clean and bright. Dr. Zawie is knowledgeable, caring and considerate. He does not do needless tests. He's not in it for the money. He makes sure you get his full attention and he explains every detail of your pet's visit and test results. The first time I took my cat to see Dr. Zawie, he went out of his way to make sure my son wasn't bored. He brought out one of the puppies from the back, so my son could hold her and pet her. My son had the puppy on his lap the entire visit. My cat hung out in the sink the entire time. The 2nd visit, I was extremely worried about my "grumpy old man". Dr. Zawie took extra time to explain what was going on and what I should do. He was right about everything. Smokey is doing great and still hangs out in the sink! I strongly recommend them!
