I always have a great experience when visiting the office. The staff is always helpful and they seem to really care for all of the animals. The vet is caring, personal, and very professional. All of my questions are always answered and I always leave happy. So does my dog Rocky! The office always takes care of him and helps me with anything they can. I highly recommend anyone to become a "patient" in this office. I wouldn't trust any other place with my dog.

I can't say enough good things about the Sheepshead Bay Veterinary Group. The establishment is clean and well organized. The staff is courteous, caring and they always, always make me feel like they genuinely care about me and my cats. The prices are reasonable. I find Dr. Sheynberg is not only compassionate but has a wonderful sense of humor, which can eases tension when you're concerned about your furry friends. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Five stars for dedication, five stars for knowledge, five stars for friendliness, five stars for a clean office, and five stars for the experience … every time I visit Sheepshead Bay Vet Group . The office is very modern and clean and has all the necessary diagnostic equipment; all tests are done on premises, which is convenient for the patients. Nurses, receptionists and all stuff are extremely friendly. I am happy I have trusted doctors who I can depend on. I brought my two-month-old puppy for his very first visit to a vet. That was more than ten years ago, and all these years my dog’s primary (and till a couple of years ago only) vet is Dr. Sheynberg. During these years Dr. Sheynberg and later Dr.Olga always helped my Dreamer to be in his best health. About two year ago my dog got very ill. I called Sheepshead Bay Vet Group, and even though I got to the office after hours, Dr. Sheynberg was waiting for me. He did all the tests and admitted my dog to the on-site hospital. For the next two weeks Dr. Sheynberg, Dr.Olga and the whole staff fought for my dog’s life. My whole family is very grateful to these two dedicated doctors and to the excellent staff who did so much to help my not-so-young-puppy fight his disease.

I have been using this vet clinic for several years and have always had a positive experience. The receptionists and assistants are always courteous, pleasant, and very sweet to both me and my dog. All of the vets have been great with my dog but my favorite is Dr. Sheynberg. He has assisted me and my dog through some scary times. The doctor and his assistants performed cryogenic surgery to remove a growth off my dog and we had to visit the office several times in a short span; Dr. Sheynberg always saw us quickly, provided me with knowledge and several alternatives for treatment, and interacted professionally with me yet playfully with my dog. I know my dog will have knee problems in the future and I trust Dr. Sheynberg to work with us through treatment. I recommend this vet clinic to everyone I know with a pet. They even have grooming available on-site, which I have also been using for several years. It speaks to the quality of service provided by the Sheepshead Bay Veterinary Group that I have been going there for several years for grooming, annual check-ups, teeth cleaning, and medical issues, and I have not had a negative experience yet.

I love this clinic,the stuff is terrific.Everybody are nice,friendly and loving people.The place is very clean and well taken care of.You get appointments easy,even on weekends.The wait time is minimal and pleasant.I have my second dog treated here.A month ago my dog was fixed in the clinic. The procedure was made very well,in no time my dog was running pain free.Thank you so much for the great experience.I would recommend this place to everyone, who wants to keep his furry friends healthy.
