I've had excellent results at Village Vet. What strikes me the most is how compassionate every single member of the staff is. I've never felt rushed and all of my questions are answered completely. One of my dogs needed surgery and the follow up appointments with Jennifer the physical therapist could not have been better. My dog practically drags me across the parking lot to go see her best friend Jennifer. I recommend them highly.
There is no other veterinary facility that I would trust my animals with,( except maybe Cornell). You are more than a client at VVH, you are part of a family. Dr. Karen Love is my vet, although I trust them all, but over the years we've developed a special relationship. She knows how I feel about my animals and the type care I'm looking for. One of my dogs had a degenerative hip disorder. Dr. Brown performed the surgery, Jennifer did the rehab work and my dog was back on her feet in no time. Their hospital offers a wide variety of services that you will not find at most other places. I can't say enough about their office staff either. Top notch, every one of them! If you haven't noticed by now, I'm really passionate about this place!
I have used Village Veterinary Hospital for many years. At first they took care of my pet Ferret. Now they are taking care of my beloved King Charles Spaniel,Faith. Dr. Love is the most caring doctor who goes the extra mile. The other Vets have also given wonderful care to Faith and are also be extremely knowledgeable and compassionate .Each has helped when there were problems or routine care and made me complete satisfied with the care Faith has received. I tell anyone who will listen I feel they are the Best!!!!
Coco and Chanel are my first kittens (cats). I have taken them to the Village Vet Hospital since they were 8 weeks old. Each and every experience with the staff and veterinarians has been a wonderful experience. They have been tremendously helpful making my experience as a new cat lover even more enjoyable.
3 years ago I had to bring my beloved golden to Village Vet for a second opinion and it turned out to be cancer. I had to have her put down only weeks later. Because of the care and compassion of the vets and staff at Village I now drive the 40 minutes to take her 9 yr old sister there. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
