Was trying to confirm an appointment, as i couldn't recollect our appointment time. Made countless calls, left various messages and only to get a reply back that i was irresponsible in not getting back? Who tells this to a paying customer that is trying to get their dog in for an appointment to just have the dog checked our for a procedure? If this was done professionally, there would be an email confirmation/reminder, the DVM would not have her main phone of contact be "UNKNOWN CALLER ID". Definitely, doesn't go by the business edicate: "Customer is always right" Based on her tone of voice. And so i am glad to take my business elsewhere. It appears the docs time is so valuable that a reminder/rescheduling option is not even made available. I am glad the business is doing well, just ecstatically 'surprised'
