called for pricing regarding canine nail clippings. lady said he had to be seen first (even after i offered bringing vaccination records), then i asked about pricing regarding sedation because my dog is very squirmy.. they said they couldn't give me an estimate until i got there. ...lost what would have been a long term customer / patient because someone didnt want to take a few minutes to give me an estimate.
