Everyone at Countryside Vet. is polite and courteous. They take the time to talk and answer questions. And Dr. Jacobson, takes time with each pet, and explains the situation out to you. He will explain it all, symptoms,cures,treatments,etc,etc.,etc.. YOu are treated with respect and kindness. Its too bad we can't get more of our actual human doctors to be more like the staff at Countryside. They also call a couple days after your pets appt. to see how they are doing. I am very happy to take my pets there and feel that I won't be taken to the bank by unneccesary fees. 100% satisfaction with them!

Dr. Jacobson doesn't just treat the pet, he also explains carefully the problem, the issues, the solutions and the costs. He then recommends a course of action, but let's the pet 'parent' make the decision. He's treated many animals for us over the years and we think he is terrific.
