This is a very caring and responsive practice, and the first thing you will notice about it is how CLEAN the waiting area always is. We switched to EMAH from a prior vet when that vet's service began going downhill and have been very pleased with the personal attention and ease of setting appointments (their hours are very accommodating) and Drs. Gross and Thonsen have been excellent with our three dogs. Our dogs are like our family and we won't take them just anywhere. I don't know what happened to cause aphogarty to write such a review, but I couldn't disagree more with the assessment. If you want caring vets with convenient hours and an efficient staff (meaning less time spent in the waiting room), then this is your place.
