I took my dying animal to this woman who never returned my calls for two full days and then with a sharp message on the phone I am told that when she came in hrs before my dog was dead.. I asked her if they handled cremation and was assured that for 300.00 she would come in a nice metal container. I got my dog back in a plastic ziplock baggy inside of an old candy tin, so if you dont care about your animals go ahead, take them there... this would not let me give no stars but I want this made public so I have to enter a star... they do not deserve a star

Staff is rude (overwhelmed I believe), minimal space, over-priced compared to other local vets, never answer the phone, maybe you might get a call back (days later), but Dr.Fales is very good with all animals. This is so sad. My parents as I was growing up, use to take all our animals there, and now I can't even look at the place! I would never take a dying pet there either. This deserves no stars, but rating it as 1 because I have to.
