I had a very shady experience here and my dog is no better off. I was quoted $350 in the exam room after expressing concern over x-ray prices and things adding up. I made sure $350 was the price before they started. However, just minutes later, when checking out the price was $460? Of course, I said "No way, the doc just said $350, must be a mistake." Well, I had to wait another hour for the vet to decide what she could do. I mean she JUST said $350 minutes before and then acted like $460 was normal, I was baffled. Eventually they decided I should pay $400 and because by now they wasted two hours of my life and I was so frustrated that I payed the $400. Even though they still had no clue what was wrong with my dog and the x-rays they took were no help to them, I paid it. Feels gross. Before going to Adana Veterinary Clinic in Freeville ask your friends where they go! Some of our friends had the same "up-sale" experience at Adana and apologized that they hadn't warned us, but they didn't know. They did save the day and directed us to a simple and honest local vet so there is a bit of a silver lining in the end, $400 later. Bottom line - If you have ANY other options skip this place.
