A wonderful place to board. They are caring and kind and we use them anytime we are going away. Go visit and see for yourself their set up. The staff enjoys the companionship of our dog and it lets us leave knowing she is in such good hands.

Bad Experience! I was going out of town and needed to board my dog. The week before my trip I toured Towne Line Veterinary Group to make sure I felt comfortable leaving my dog in their care. While I was there I inquired about what vaccinations/shots that would be required and the fees for boarding. We discussed my dog needing the kennel cough for $36 and a pill to prevent fleas for $6. The night I come to drop off my dog they inform me my dog now needs another vaccination that requires an office visit and this will be an additional $115 on top of the kennel cough vaccination, flea pill and the boarding fees. I wouldn't be able to be there for this office visit when they say they are going to be administering these vaccinations. Had they been upfront I could have easily made an appointment to take care of this. They wait until your back is up against the wall and they hit you with all the charges they can.

I can't say enough about how much these people care about my dog. She doesn't want to leave. Thanks for making what used to be a difficult experience a pleasurable one. You have a client for life.
