My 4 year old dog, Oreo, was up vomiting all night. I took him to West Hills Animal Hospital to see Dr. Jared. He took the time to talk me through the exam and was very compassionate when dealing with Oreo. He told me what I needed to do to get Oreo better and it worked. The staff was wonderful and it was overall great experience!

My dog nellie had growth on her side my wife was very troubled about it so we took the dog to west hills. I must say from the moment we walked in the experience was top notch the girls in the front were so caring they were polite and seemed to care about our dog. When we saw the Dr. who I found out after was the owner of the hospital . DR. Allen he was so kind to my wife and dog after he finished kissing (not my wife) the dog and playing with her I could tell it was going to be just fine. My wife love's this place she is so confident she would not ever go any place else . The doctor removed the growth the following week the dog came home as is just fine the price was more then fair and most important my wife is also back to normal. Having been a dog owner on Long Island for 30+ years, I've visited many animal hospitals in the area - West Hills has the most friendly & caring doctors, assistants and office staff of any of them. They're easy to deal with, informative and direct in their communication and always seem to have the answers to your questions without putting you on hold for five minutes. While they are a little pricier than most vets, it's nothing compared to the piece of mind you get knowing they're doing everything right. On our first visit, our puggle puppy Archie was clearly anxious - the staff at the front desk asked if he could visit them behind the counter; they let him run around, played with him and offered him treats while we were waiting to see the doctor.

Boy where do I start?? I got my pug about 2 months ago and being a new dog owner, I was unsure on a lot of things and had a lot of questions. The ENTIRE staff here were so friendly, caring, and knowledgeable that I left without any doubts. They also treated my pug so well that my dog loves going to the vet! I highly recommend this place for everyone and will no doubt be going back for any future visits.

About two weeks ago, my dog Spot collapsed in the middle of the night and I did not know what to do. Thankfully, West Hills Animal Hospital is open 24 hours a day so I was able to bring him in at that time. When I arrived at the animal hospital that night with Spot, at 4am, I was greeted by their staff who were both polite and helpful. They were able to begin operating on Spot shortly after I arrived with him. I am happy to say that Spot made a full recovery and is currently doing better than ever. It is all thanks to the wonderful people who work at West Hills Animal Hospital. They truly know the meaning of customer service/client relations. I would recommend West Hills Animal Hospital to anyone who has a pet that lives in the area.
