No complaints about the quality of care at Shaker Vet (although I've only been there a handful of times with my dog)- BUT I do think they are overpriced. Every single time I have been there, there is always some 'mystery charge' on my bill. An extra 20, 30 bucks. I always address it, and come to find out, it's a 'mistake.' I think they just hope customers will overlook the extra charges and hand over their credit cards. All they want is your money!!
