I love this place! They are excellent at following up and call me frequently to check on my cat and dog. It's so nice to experience such a high level of customer service. The vets are very attentive and aren't rushing to get to the next patient. They really take the time to listen and answer questions.

The entire staff and all the physicians at SPAH are exceptional. Their knowledge and expertise are only surpassed by their caring, personal treatment! I joke with them that I wish my doctors took as much time and interest in me! It's actually very true! They are very accommodating with appointments, they take the time to address your concerns or questions, are clear and patient when explaining medications or at home care and then they call to check on your pet and follow up. They are knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of pet care including training and grooming, and will take the time to teach you or refer you to a trainer/class. I have never felt "rushed" out of the exam room, and always felt I had the Dr. or tech's full attention. In my opinion their prices are fair, and from past experience, I feel the care they provide, and the resources they have are much better and up to date than other places. Most importantly, the love of animals that they have is obvious and not reserved! That is the best criteria for an animal hospital, in my opinion!
