I am appreciative that I was accommodated with an appointment with short notice. However I was not pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the facility. My pet's prescription was not in stock so I decided to order from online. Initially I was told that they would take care of confirming the prescription with the online pharmacy. When the pharmacy called, they refused to confirm and told me "I don't work for 1-800 Pet Meds." Needless to say, I was very frustrated after two weeks of this back and forth. Finally they agreed to confirm the prescription over the phone and my dog was able to get get his needed meds. I will not be going back and I will most definitely get confirmation of whether my vet works with online pharmacies BEFORE I book a visit.

Took our new puppy here after reading reviews and talking to friends about local vets; the office isn't fancy or new, but the care is great. Dr. Simon was very nice, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain why he was doing certain things. When our dog did get sick, they fit us in for an appt. that morning, promptly filled out my insurance forms, and Dr. Simon even followed up the visit with a phone call to see how our dog was doing. There are quite a few vets in our Chelsea neighborhood (many of which are more expensive than this one), but I appreciated that the emphasis here did not seem to be on extracting every dollar they could from us, but on making sure our dog was healthy and happy. I would highly recommend.

My Labrador has had ear infections all it's life. I have been to 3 other vets and they have been of little help; my dog scratched until his ears until they bled. After looking in his ears and running some tests Dr Simon put him on a custom medication regimen and my dog is the happiest he has been in years. There is no more black stuff in his ears and he rarely scratches. The vet explained to me that preventative care and maintenance will be important to keep him comfortable, happy, and healthy. What a great vet!!!
