Simply the best vet on the upper east side any pet would be in great hands and they pick up the phone 24 hrs a day and make house calls when needed. Love this place !
vet was great, kind, etc. the girl at the front desk was curt, and standoffish to the point of being rude.
We had been loyal clients of Dr. McLellan for over 20 years. She sold this hospital to a non-pet lover. Dr. Putter treated us and our pet with a huge lack of concern and respect. We have heard from others that this new owner has lost the touch that the other docs had before the takeover. We unfortunately felt the need to find another vet for our dogs.
