This has been my worst experience with a vet office. They take your dog/animal in a back room to give it a shot or even just to look at him or her.Nothing is done in front of you and your dog/animal is carried away My dog is like my baby and to be brought in another room was devastating to me just for a check up what are they hiding. Then when returning to check if a ear infection has cleared they told me i was not allowed to go with my dog in back or they will charge me an office visit and i must wait in waiting room when they returned my dog to me they charged me 45$ to look in her ear without me even there how much were they going to charge if I went in the treatment room where they take your dog in a back room anyways?It is just a money making business and nothing more. No real love for animals. To be honest the place gives me the creeps stay away

I don't understand the negative reviews. I recently had to put my 18yr. old baby down because of failing health. I was adement that she was not going to a vets' office as her final goodbye. I was referred to these wonderful, caring people by a friend. I asked if they could come to my home since my baby had quickly starting failing. They walked me through the procedure on the phone and made an appointment for them to come. I can't thank them enough . They again made me aware of exactly what they would be doing and final arrangements that would follow. My baby went peacefully to the "Rainbow Bridge" with the help of Dr.B & Jay. Thank you gentlemen very much for making my baby comfortable and relaxed for her final journey. I don't know what I would have done without you. God Bless

This vet is a real piece of work, if you are not willing to get the run around treatment you best stay away!

Dr. Buchalter is a great find. He was wonderful with my two dogs. We are new to the area and my dog was ill and I cannot say enough how great the entire staff was at helping me with my sick dog. I was referred by NUMEROUS people and he did not disappoint. I HIGHLY recommend him and wish I could find a doctor who would take care of me who was as caring as Dr. B.
