Had a problem with my dog, on a Monday, got a voice recording to call Vestal Animal Hospital. Well that's great and all but how do you suggest I get there? Don't people think other people also need help and/or services on all days of the week? Not happy.

Our family had to put our very sick and very sad 6 year old Boxer down last week. The staff did everything in their power to make Brando and my family as comfortable as possible given the circumstance. Thank you.

I called today asking if I can bring my 4 month old puppy I just got yesterday, and they said they are not taking clients at this time. I said it wasn't a problem and asked if they have any suggestions for fleas =\ they said I can come in and get Advantage for like 17 dollars. I think even though they can't see my dog, they were extremely helpful and did the best they could :]
