I have had two bad experiences with this vet and I have not even gotten a visit. Both times I had to deal with a rude receptionist who was very unhelpful. She told me to call the animal poison control hotline since I was not in the system when I had a dog health question. They hotline costs $65 per phone call for a simple question! Instead I called Dutchess County Animal Hospital and they answered my question right away. If you need a vet, do not go here. They are condescending and unhelpful.
