Dr. Black and the entire staff are knowledgeable and caring. The center is equipped with great equipment and their diagnosis is always right. Our dog loves to be boarded there.

I've brought my 2 dogs here for the past 4 years and have had nothing but great service. I've heard from others that it is expensive but I haven't gone anywhere else to compare (I'd rather pay for good service than risk bad care). I'm surprised about some of the other reviews since I've had nothing but good experiences here.

Pittsford Animal Hospital is expensive, but developing a relationship with a vet there who can get to know your pet over a period of years makes the experience worthwhile. If one goes there randomly, you see a person who I suspect is a vet in training. If you go there regularly, and have your pet see one person, you get to know the vet, and the vet gets to know you and your pet. That is a very satisfactory relationshop.
