They Helped Save My Kitty's Life

They are not cheap, but they are worth it. I've had pets all of my life, and gone to numerous vets. I've been taking my cats here for several years now, and here I stay. Caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable.

I cannot believe that the Vet from this facility contacted me to confront me on why I gave them a bad review!!! And I say "confront" because she did nothing to facilitate any sort of discussion on how she could help my animals..instead she went on and on about how she puts in endless hours, that I didn't spend a lot of money there AND she was feeling bad someone would say such things. Please Dr.C- if you want to handle something like that professionally- DO NOT CALL on your clients like that. Instead tell them you will do whatever you can to help me and that you would set up an appt asap..THAT would have been such a better way to handle this. I have not only lost respect but now I'm going to complain to the Veterinary Board about this totally unprofessional manner of handling a client. I will say this again- they take on more animals then they can possibly handle. I have two other friends who have had terrible experiences here.
