I have been bringing my animals to East Ridge for over 20 years. The veterinary staff is wonderful. Knowledgeable and caring. They care for a wide variety of animals (and birds and reptiles) that other facilities know nothing about. However, the reception/desk staff is absolutely horrible. The wait time for any appointment is always far longer than it is for any human doctor I have ever seen and then after the visit there is always an extra extended period of waiting (and waiting) for the billing to be completed. Trying to get through on the phone is always an exercise in frustration as well. If you are retired or have lots of time on your hands I would highly recommend them. If not, like myself, you will probably continually be weighing the pros and cons to see if the wait is worth it.
